"'We had a wonderful birthing experience due to the preparation we had done through Leigh's HypnoBirthing classes.

We had looked into different birth techniques and HypnoBirthing looked like the best option, I was eager to try it and was hopeful that it would work but right up until I went into transition I still wasn't fully convinced that I would manage without medication. However, I had a completely pain free labour lasting less than 6 hours.

The midwives attending us couldn't believe that I was sleeping between contractions throughout the labour and afterwards one of the student midwives told me that she'll be taking the class when she gets pregnant because it was such a lovely birth.

Since giving birth to Charlie I have been on a high, I feel empowered by the birth and have a new confidence in my body. I am already looking forward to giving birth to future children. I can't recommend the classes highly enough, every pregnant couple should do them!"
