I am absolutely delighted to be bringing the 'Natural Feritility Course' to Ayrshire in 2010.

Unexplained infertility is an increasingly big problem for couples & one which can be absolutely heartbreaking.

This course teaches a combination of deep relaxation and hypnosis techniques, which will enable you to prepare emotionally as well as physically for conception.

Once deeply relaxed, the techniques and suggestions are directed at the subconscious part of the mind and take you on a journey to recognise and then “let go” of any reasons which may be holding back your body from conceiving.
