There is usually a waiting list for our Courses, so it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment.

"HypnoBirthing Plus" classes are exclusive to Ayrshire Babies & designed to ensure your individual needs are met and that you feel confident with the techniques & your ability to give birth using Hypnobirthing. We feel passionately that this gives you the best possible course experience. We also offer a FREE 5th private session to all clients if they require it to go over tehniques or discuss anything nearer your due date.

Our HypnoBirthing class venue is designed to offer clients the right atmosphere of calm & relaxation with no disturbances.

Payment for you course is payable in full at time of booking, unless by other arrangement.

In comparison to free NHS classes, HypnoBirthing may APPEAR expensive, but the course goes way beyond what you'll be taught in ANY other childbirth preparation class. Click here to see what my clients have to say about the course.

You will learn the techniques and skills of HypnoBirthing & be able to use them again for any other babies you go on to have.
You can use HypnoBirthing in conjunction with any plans you have — homebirth or hospital, water birth...whatever. It’s your choice what kind of birth to have — HypnoBirthing helps them all.

The skills of relaxation/self-hypnosis can be applied to any aspect of your life to help eliminate stress, they are life skills which both you and your birthing partner will use time and time again.
