Breech baby class

There may be a physiological reason as to why baby has moved into this position. There may also be fears and concerns that the baby senses and some experts say causes a sense of ‘it’s not safe yet to come out’. One thing for certain is that fear, anxiety or worry can have an affect on the muscles surrounding your baby and the emotional status of your baby.

I have been fortunate to work with many women, teaching them how to use relaxation exercises to help release unconsciously held fears or reservations that have built up throughout pregnancy. These women successfully turned their breech positioned babies to vertex (head down) and at the same time benefitted immensely from the relaxation provided.
