The purpose of my one off Birth Secrets class/webinar is to give parents-to-be a deeper understanding of birth – how the process really works, how to stay calm & relaxed, how to achieve the most natural birth possible and most of all to look forward to it & ENJOY it.

Start any time from 20 weeks onwards so you will have plenty of time to practice the techniques you learn.

The class can be taken either in person or as an online webinar session from the comfort of your own home wherever you are in the world.

My Birth Secrets Class/Webinar is unique to 'Ayrshire Babies' and is ideal for busy people who want to do a one-off session to help prepare comprehensively for the birth of their baby.

Included in your class fee are all handouts, Birthing music CD, Relaxation CD & ongoing email/skype support.
